System Requirements

As a general rule:

If your PC is less than 3 years old, you should have no problems using the Evaluation Pack.

Detailed system requirements:

• Pentium III 750GHz or faster

• 128 MB RAM (256 MB RAM or more is better)

• 50MB of Free hard drive space

• CD-ROM drive

• Mouse or other clicking device

• Video display that supports 1024 x 768 or higher

• Microsoft Windows 2000 (SP3) or Windows XP

• Internet Explorer 5.5 or later

You also need Adobe Reader to view the documents (in pdf) that come with the Evaluation Pack. Adobe Reader is available to download for free from the Adobe website. An internet connection is also useful, but not essential.

Will it work on Windows 95?
You should be able to view the documents that come with the Evaluation Pack on Windows 95 (subject to having Adobe Reader installed). The trial edition software may not work. We don't support licensed users of Caseworker Connect on Windows 95, and apply this policy to the trial edition.

Can I run the trial edition from the CD?
No. You must install the trial edition onto your PC. The trial edition installs into a single directory and can be removed at any time using Add/Remove Programs.
