What is a Caseworker Connect License?
A Caseworker Connect license grants you the right to use Caseworker Connect. Buying a Caseworker Connect license is like buying other software: once you have paid for the license you can use Caseworker Connect for as long as you want. You need to purchase a license for each PC that uses Caseworker Connect. Buying multiple licenses provides savings and other benefits including customisation.

What does the license cost include?
The license cost includes onsite installation, training and 12 months email and telephone support. It also includes free upgrades to each new release of Caseworker Connect for one year from the date of installation. Support and upgrade packages for subsequent years are also available.

What is "Customisation"?
For seven or more licenses, we include a period of customisation by our developers. Whether it’s a particular piece of information you want to record about your clients or a specific report you need, with customisation you are assured expert support in tailoring Caseworker Connect to your exact requirements.

What payment options are available?
Purchase Caseworker Connect in a single payment or spread the cost over 6 or 12 months and take advantage of greater flexibility in managing technology expenditures. This allows you to reduce initial costs and forecast software budget requirements.
